About the partnership

Why we work with ASUS.

ASUS Australia is a leading technology provider delivering innovative, secure and reliable solutions across small and medium business, education, enterprise and government. Backed by extensive in-house engineering and research and development, ASUS has a long track record of pushing performance, design and technology to meet what customers actually need.

Innovation only counts if the hardware survives contact with a real workplace, and this is the part that matters most to us. ASUS devices go through rigorous testing and validation — MIL-Grade testing with up to 24 procedures, and up to 157 in-house testing procedures — so a fleet is specified once and performs reliably across its life rather than coming back to us in year two.

Sustainability runs through the portfolio as well: thoughtful design, improved energy efficiency, responsible and recycled materials, reduced packaging, and initiatives that extend how long a device stays useful. ASUS also offers out-of-the-box carbon-offset devices with prepaid credits, which is a straightforward way for an organisation with a sustainability commitment to make it tangible at the point of purchase.

For us, ASUS covers the ground between a capable business notebook and a serious workstation without either a price jump or a support gap. We quote it, configure it, enrol it and look after the warranty end, so the relationship doesn't stop at delivery.

The portfolio we supply

  • ExpertBook notebooks — the business notebook range, from everyday workhorses through to the ExpertBook Ultra, with Copilot+ PC capability available across the line.
  • ExpertCenter desktops and all-in-ones — fixed workstations for offices, labs, reception and front-of-house, also available with Copilot+ PC capability.
  • Workstations — for professional and creative applications and content creation, where the workload has outgrown a business notebook.
  • Monitors and components — displays and internal hardware quoted with the machines rather than sourced separately after the fact.
  • Networking and accessories — the connectivity and peripherals around the fleet, so one order covers the desk rather than three.

The flagship

ExpertBook Ultra.

The top of the ExpertBook line, and the one we point at when someone wants a business notebook that doesn't compromise to get thin. Copilot+ PC capability for on-device AI, built to the same MIL-Grade durability standard as the rest of the business range, and covered by the same warranty and on-site service options as every other ASUS device we supply.

It is one model out of a portfolio that runs from everyday ExpertBook notebooks through ExpertCenter desktops and all-in-ones to full workstations — so the answer to "what should we buy" doesn't have to be the same device for everyone in the organisation.

Ask us to spec one
Two programs, one partner

The same hardware, specified for two very different rooms.

ASUS runs its business and education offerings as two programs, and we work across both. The difference is rarely the device itself — it is the warranty, the rollout window and who has to support it on day one.

ExpertBook, ExpertCenter and workstations for offices, professional services and enterprise — specified for AI-driven productivity, mission-critical workflows and creative and content work. Warranty options run to 5 years ITW with next business day on-site service, storage device retention and battery warranty, which is what keeps a device on a desk instead of in a queue.

The same engineering pointed at teaching and learning outcomes: durable devices for 1:1 and shared programs, sized to a school budget cycle and delivered into a term break rather than across one. We land them alongside the charging, storage and enrolment so a program starts on the first morning, not the first fortnight.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What ASUS products do you actually supply?

The commercial portfolio: ExpertBook notebooks, ExpertCenter desktops and all-in-ones, workstations, monitors, components, networking products and accessories. If you tell us the workload we will tell you which of those is the right answer — including when the right answer is not the most expensive one.

What is a Copilot+ PC, and do we need one?

A Copilot+ PC has hardware dedicated to running AI features on the device itself rather than sending everything to the cloud. ExpertBook notebooks and ExpertCenter desktops and all-in-ones are available with that capability. Whether you need it depends on whether your people will actually use the AI features — it is worth specifying on a fleet you will keep for four or five years, and easy to over-buy on a device that only ever runs a browser and Outlook.

How durable are ASUS business devices really?

ASUS puts its business models through MIL-Grade testing with up to 24 procedures and up to 157 in-house testing and validation procedures. In practice that is the reason we are comfortable putting them into schools and into roles where the device moves around all day — the failure rate is what makes or breaks the total cost, not the sticker price.

What warranty and support comes with them?

Service options include up to 5 years International Traveler's Warranty, next business day on-site service, storage device retention and battery warranty. We handle the warranty and repair process for fleets we have supplied, so a failed device is our phone call rather than yours — see lifecycle services for how that runs across the life of a fleet.

We have a sustainability commitment. Does ASUS help with that?

Yes, and more concretely than most. Alongside energy efficiency, recycled materials, reduced packaging and design that extends product longevity, ASUS offers out-of-the-box carbon-offset devices with prepaid credits. Paired with a buy-back on the fleet being replaced, that gives you something defensible to report rather than an intention.

Want help with ASUS?

Tell us how many people need devices, what they do all day and when the fleet has to land. We'll spec the ASUS hardware to match, quote it, and handle the deployment and warranty behind it.
