Professional email on your own domain. Files your whole team can reach. A website that makes you look like the business you actually are. We've packaged the setup work at a fixed price so you know exactly what you're getting — and exactly what it costs — before anything starts.

Most businesses begin the same way: a personal email address, files saved on one laptop, a Facebook page instead of a website and no real thought given to security. It works — right up until an important email gets missed, a customer wonders why their quote came from a Gmail address, or the one computer holding everything dies.
The problem usually isn't choosing the right platform. It's getting it implemented simply, correctly and without turning a two-week job into a six-month IT project with an open-ended invoice attached.
That's what Business Foundations is: a fixed scope, a fixed price and a real foundation you can build on.
Business Foundations covers the two pieces every small business needs. Take one, or take both — they're designed to work together, and we'll connect your domain, email and website so they behave like one system rather than three separate bills.
Business email on your own domain, cloud file storage, collaboration and security — scoped for up to five users and configured properly from day one. Three packages that build on each other.
A professional website or a Shopify store, built and launched for you, then kept online and up to date on a simple monthly plan. No large custom project, no open-ended quote.
Every package includes a one-off setup fee and an ongoing per-user Microsoft licence cost. Each one is scoped for up to five users. Start wherever you are today — moving up later is straightforward, and nothing gets rebuilt from scratch.
Professional business email on your own domain, a properly configured Microsoft 365 tenant and cloud file storage — the foundation every small business should start on.
Everything in Launch plus the full desktop Office apps, Microsoft Teams and a SharePoint intranet — so your team works from one shared set of files instead of emailing versions around.
Everything in Momentum plus Microsoft 365 Copilot for AI-assisted work and Keeper Security password management — a modern workplace with the security posture to match.

| Flex — per user / month, billed monthly | $10.69 | $27.72 | $46.46 |
These aren't three competing products. They're three stages of the same environment, and moving between them builds on what's already there.
Quotes going out from a personal address, files on one laptop, no security to speak of. Business Launch fixes the basics: your own domain, real business email, cloud files and MFA.
Staff emailing documents back and forth, three versions of the same price list, nobody sure which is current. Business Momentum adds desktop Office, Teams and one shared SharePoint source of truth.
Too much time on repetitive writing and admin, and passwords living in a notebook. Business Advantage adds Microsoft 365 Copilot and Keeper password management.
Two fixed-price website packages for businesses that need a proper online presence without the cost or timeline of a large custom build. We build it, launch it and keep it maintained — you don't have to learn a website builder.
A clean, mobile-friendly portfolio-style website of up to five pages, built and launched for you — then kept up to date on a simple monthly hosting and support plan.
A Shopify store set up and styled properly for your brand — theme, core pages, products, payments and shipping — so you can start selling without piecing it together yourself.
A website that never gets updated stops working for you. Both plans include hosting plus a monthly allowance of content updates handled by our team — you email us the change, we make it.
These are accelerator services. The goal is to get you operational quickly, not to turn a five-person business into a consulting engagement.
We learn about your business, your domain and how many people need accounts.
Licences, users, devices and anything existing we need to work around.
We build your Microsoft 365 environment and connect your domain.
User accounts, email, desktop and mobile access — set up and tested.
A simple guide and a walkthrough so your team can start using it with confidence.
Packages cover the core. These are the extras businesses most often bolt on, quoted separately so you only pay for what you need.
To keep these packages genuinely affordable, the following sit outside the fixed price. We do all of it — we just scope it separately so you get a real quote.
Need any of it? Talk to us — our cyber security, device management and helpdesk services pick up where the packages stop.
Anyone can provision a Microsoft 365 subscription. The value is in setting it up the way a real small business works — the right mailboxes, the right file structure, security switched on, and someone who'll answer the phone afterwards.
They're fixed-price starter packages that cover the two things almost every small business needs to operate properly: a professional Microsoft 365 environment (business email, files, collaboration) and a website. Instead of quoting every setup from scratch, we've packaged the work up so you know exactly what you get and exactly what it costs before you start.
If you mainly need professional email on your own domain and files in the cloud, start with Business Launch. If your team needs to work on the same documents together — desktop Office apps, Microsoft Teams and a shared SharePoint site — choose Business Momentum. If you also want Microsoft 365 Copilot and proper password management, choose Business Advantage.
If you're not sure, our two-minute package builder will recommend one based on how your business actually works.
Each Microsoft 365 package is scoped for up to five users. That covers the large majority of sole traders and small businesses. If you have more than five people, we can absolutely help — we just scope the extra users as an add-on so you're not paying for setup work you don't need.
Flex is billed monthly. You pay for what you use each month and you're free to add or remove users as your headcount changes, with nothing locked in.
Essential is a twelve-month commitment paid up front. The rate is lower — Business Momentum is $23.10 per user per month on Essential against $27.72 on Flex — but that monthly figure is what it works out to, not what you're invoiced. You're charged the full year in one go: $277.20 per user, so $1,386 for a five-person team, on top of the one-off setup fee.
We recommend Essential for most businesses because it saves $55.44 per user per year on Business Momentum, and headcount in a small business usually doesn't move much. Choose Flex if you'd rather not pay a year ahead, or if your team size genuinely changes month to month. Either way you get exactly the same Microsoft 365 environment.
Yes. The setup fee ($199 for Launch, $299 for Momentum, $399 for Advantage) is charged once, and it covers building your environment, connecting your domain, creating users, configuring security, setting up devices and handing over with training. After that you only pay the ongoing per-user licence cost.
No. If you already own one, we'll connect it. If you don't, we'll help you purchase one through our domain service and then connect it for you. Either way you'll finish with email addresses on your own business domain rather than a Gmail or Bigpond address.
That's exactly how these packages are designed. Business Launch is a genuine foundation, not a dead end — you can step up to Business Momentum when your team needs collaboration, and again to Business Advantage when you want Copilot and password management. Nothing you pay for early gets thrown away.
Email migration isn't included in the package price, because how much work it involves depends entirely on where your email lives today and how much history needs to come across. We do it often, and we'll quote it separately once we know what we're moving.
Yes. Every Web Starter and Web Starter Store site is hosted and supported by EduCom IT, so one of the two hosting plans is required. Hosting Basic is $59 per month and includes up to two content updates. Hosting Plus is $109 per month and includes up to ten. That's what keeps the site online, secure and actually kept up to date.
No. We build and configure the store, but the Shopify subscription is purchased and held in your name so you own your store outright. That also means you keep full control of your products, orders and customer data.
Yes. Every price shown on this page and across the package pages includes GST.
Yes. EduCom IT is Australian-owned with local teams in Albury, Batemans Bay, Coffs Harbour and Smeaton Grange. You'll deal with people who understand small business realities, not an offshore ticket queue.
