For businesses that want to go beyond collaboration and start working smarter. Business Advantage adds Microsoft 365 Copilot for AI-assisted productivity and Keeper Security for centralised password management — a more capable, more secure modern workplace.
As a business grows, teams need more than a place to work. They need help working faster, cutting repetitive effort, protecting access to systems and introducing AI in a way that supports real outcomes rather than sitting unused.
Without that structure, staff spend too long searching for information, rewriting the same content and handling routine tasks by hand — while passwords get scattered across notebooks, spreadsheets and browsers with no oversight at all.
Advantage is about capability and control, not another licence on the invoice.
We configure Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Microsoft Copilot licensing — as a new environment or as an expansion of an existing setup. That covers Business Standard licences, Copilot licence allocation and activation, user account and licence assignment, core admin and security configuration, and setup guidance so your team actually starts using Copilot in a business context rather than treating it as a novelty.
A team member uses Copilot to draft an email, summarise a meeting discussion, rework a proposal or produce a first-pass document — inside Word, Outlook and Teams, where the work already happens.
Faster work, more consistent output and better value from the Microsoft 365 tools your team already relies on.
Business Advantage carries the connected workplace model forward: Microsoft 365 desktop apps installed and signed in on supported devices, Outlook set up for business email and shared mailboxes, Teams for chat and meetings, and SharePoint and OneDrive connected for shared and personal files — with desktop, browser and mobile access aligned so the experience is consistent everywhere.
A staff member moves from an Outlook email, into a Teams conversation, opens a shared file from SharePoint, edits it in the desktop app and uses Copilot to refine the content — without ever leaving Microsoft 365.
Better workflow continuity, fewer version problems and a genuinely connected way to work across locations and devices.
Business Advantage includes the Keeper Security Password Manager Bundle as an add-on covering five users at $726 per year. It gives your team a secure, centralised way to store business passwords, share credentials safely and control who has access to what — replacing the notebook, the spreadsheet and the browser-saved password nobody has oversight of. Additional users are $145.20 per user per year.
Instead of the office manager texting the supplier portal login to a new starter, approved credentials live in Keeper with clear access control — and access is removed cleanly the day someone leaves.
Lower password risk, better access management and a much cleaner staff handover process.
As you add users, systems and cloud services, security has to keep pace. Business Advantage includes a baseline security configuration aligned to Business Standard, and lifts your operational posture through managed password practice and clearer access control: multi-factor authentication for all users, baseline Microsoft 365 security and admin settings, and access controls around accounts, shared collaboration spaces and business passwords.
Reduced account compromise risk, stronger password practice and a safer environment for a growing business using cloud tools every day.
Keeper gives your team one secure vault for business credentials, with clear control over who can see what. Learn more about the platform on our Keeper partner page.

On Essential that works out to $38.72 per user per month, but it's charged as one annual payment rather than monthly — so a five-person team pays $399 setup plus $2,323.20 for the year's Business Standard and Copilot licences, up front. If you'd rather not pay a year ahead, Flex bills monthly at $46.46 per user ($232.30 a month for five people) with nothing locked in. Keeper, if you take it, is a separate $726 per year. All pricing inc GST.
Kept out of the fixed price so the package stays focused and affordable. We do all of this — it's simply scoped separately.

Business Advantage is our most complete Business Foundations package. It includes Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing for up to five users, desktop Office app deployment, Teams and SharePoint collaboration, and the Keeper Security Password Manager Bundle as an add-on — for a one-off setup fee of $399 inc GST plus the ongoing per-user licence.
$399 inc GST as a one-off setup fee. After that you pay the Microsoft licence per user, and you choose how. Essential is a twelve-month term paid up front: $464.64 per user for the year, which works out to $38.72 per user per month. Flex is billed monthly at $46.46 per user with nothing locked in. So a five-person business is $399 setup plus either $2,323.20 up front for the year, or $232.30 each month. The Keeper Security Password Manager Bundle is a separate $726 per year and includes five users, with additional users at $145.20 per user per year.
It depends on where your time goes. If your team spends a lot of the week drafting emails and documents, summarising meetings, rewriting proposals or pulling information back out of long threads, Copilot removes a meaningful amount of that effort. If most of your work is hands-on and off-screen, the value is smaller — and we'll tell you that rather than sell you the licence.
What we won't do is hand you a licence and walk away. Setup guidance on using Copilot in a real business context is part of the package.
The Keeper Security Password Manager Bundle is an add-on at $726 per year including five users, so it's a decision you make separately from the Microsoft licensing. We strongly recommend it — reused and shared passwords are still one of the most common ways small businesses get compromised — but the choice is yours.
Business Momentum gives you the complete collaboration environment: Business Standard licences, desktop Office apps, Microsoft Teams and a SharePoint intranet. Business Advantage adds two things on top — Microsoft 365 Copilot for AI-assisted work across those same apps, and Keeper Security for centralised password management.
Yes. Copilot can be added as an add-on to an existing Microsoft 365 environment. If you've already got Business Momentum in place, moving to Advantage is a licensing and setup step rather than a rebuild.
That's the part most providers skip. Setup includes practical guidance so your team knows what Copilot is genuinely good at in your context — drafting, summarising, reworking, organising — rather than being handed an AI licence and left to experiment.
Additional Microsoft 365 users are a straightforward add-on beyond the included five, and additional Keeper users are $145.20 per user per year. We'll quote both up front based on your headcount.
