Real projects, named clients

Case studies.

Most IT is sold as a list of capabilities. It is easier to judge from the work: what the business was actually struggling with, what we did about it, in what order, and what it looks like now. These are written up with the client's name on them, and where they have somewhere to send you, we link to it.

EnviroShield Insulation

An insulation business growing faster than the calendar holding it together. We migrated them from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, built a project management system around their real workflow — with Xero, SharePoint and SWMS wired in — and onboarded a virtual assistant team to run the admin.

Willow & Co.

A Dean Street coffee shop managing its point of sale instead of using it. We moved them from Lightspeed to Square, migrated and cleaned up the whole product catalogue, rebuilt the counter around what actually sells, and put a display screen in the kitchen.

More of the work

Not written up yet, but worth a look.

Case studies take time to write, and we would rather publish three real ones than thirty invented ones. In the meantime, here is where the rest of the evidence lives.

Could yours be the next one?

Tell us what is slowing the business down. If we fix it, we would like to write it up — with your name on it and a link back to you.
