EduCom IT is a trusted Apple Authorised Reseller and Service Provider, delivering end-to-end Apple solutions tailored for organisations across every industry. We combine accredited Apple expertise with practical deployment and support capability — so businesses, schools and government can procure, deploy and manage Apple technology with confidence, through a single provider.
As both an Apple Authorised Reseller and an Apple Authorised Service Provider, EduCom IT covers the full Apple lifecycle — from device supply and AppleCare through to MDM deployment, ongoing support and authorised repairs. That single accountability matters when something needs to actually happen.
Partnering with us gives you the full Apple ecosystem — MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, software, accessories, and authorised warranty and repair service — through one experienced provider. Beyond supply, we provide expert guidance across Apple Business Manager, Apple School Manager, automated device enrolment, app licensing and the leading Mobile Device Management platforms, Jamf Pro and Mosyle.
The result is streamlined deployment, centralised management, stronger security, less administrative overhead, and a technology environment that scales — supported by a dedicated Apple team focused on the long-term value of the investment rather than the transaction at the front of it.
Regardless of your workplace or profession, EduCom IT can optimise your workflow across the whole Apple ecosystem — the hardware, the management layer and the support behind it.
iPad point of sale, Apple Pay, digital signage and stock-take devices that survive a trading floor — locked down so staff can't wander off-task.
A handful of Macs, iPhones and an iCloud-shaped filing system, set up properly the first time and supported by someone you can actually call.
1:1 iPad and MacBook programs, Apple School Manager, Managed Apple Accounts, Classroom and Schoolwork — plus the BYOD portal parents buy through.
Procurement that stands up to an audit, Essential Eight-aligned device hardening and asset records that match the register.
iPhone and iPad in the ute and on the tools — job management, quoting and photo evidence, with devices tough enough and managed remotely.
Shared iPad at the bedside, clinician iPhone, and the privacy controls and audit trail a practice needs to keep patient data where it belongs.
Most providers do one or two of these and hand you off for the rest. We do all six, which is why nothing falls between them.
Apple Authorised Reseller pricing on Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, software and accessories — quoted against what the fleet actually needs, not a catalogue dump.
Devices arrive enrolled and configured. Automated Device Enrolment through Apple Business Manager and Apple School Manager means a box that boots straight into your environment.
Jamf Pro and Mosyle for Apple-native management, Microsoft Intune where the fleet is mixed. Policy, apps, restrictions and reporting from one console.
Remote, on-site and in-store help from a team that knows the Apple environment — plus authorised warranty and out-of-warranty repair as an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
FileVault, Gatekeeper, managed Apple Accounts and conditional access on the security side; VoiceOver, Live Captions and the rest of Apple's accessibility stack configured through MDM.
Value recovered from the outgoing fleet at refresh time, with secure data erasure and documented chain of custody — offset against the replacement order.
Apple makes the hardware, the operating system and many of the applications that run on it, so an Apple product is a genuinely integrated system. AppleCare products are the only support offering that reflects that: one-stop service and support direct from Apple experts, which is why most issues get resolved in a single call rather than bounced between a hardware vendor, an OS vendor and a software vendor.
We attach AppleCare at the point of sale, so coverage starts the day the device does and sits on the same invoice as the hardware. When a claim comes up, you do not go looking for a service centre — we are an Apple Authorised Service Provider, so the repair is carried out in-house by Apple-trained technicians using genuine Apple parts, under warranty, under AppleCare+, or out of warranty if the coverage has lapsed. For schools and larger fleets we track coverage expiry alongside the asset register, so devices don't quietly fall out of warranty mid-program.
EduComIT have worked with us to enable seamless deployments, fast repairs, and helpful support. The Staff and Students enjoy using the MacBooks as their computing devices as the technology enables them to fully explore their creativity, apply their analysis, and enjoy their learning. It is amazing to see students take pride in their devices and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Procurement is the start of the relationship, not the end of it. These are the services either side.
Automated enrolment and app licensing for SMB fleets, linked straight through to your MDM.
The account and enrolment layer behind 1:1 iPad and MacBook programs.
Apple-specific MDM — the layer that turns a box of devices into a managed fleet.
Warranty, AppleCare+ and out-of-warranty repairs, done in-house as an Authorised Service Provider.
Recovering value from the outgoing fleet, and putting refurbished stock back to work.
Finance options that spread a fleet refresh across the years you'll actually use it.
We are both an Apple Authorised Reseller and an Apple Authorised Service Provider, which means we can supply, deploy, manage, support and repair Apple devices end-to-end. Single provider, single relationship.
MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio, Mac Pro, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and AirPods — across business and education.
Yes. We set up and administer Apple Business (formerly Apple Business Manager) and Apple School Manager, including automated device enrolment, app licensing and MDM linkage.
Jamf Pro and Mosyle — both Apple-specific MDMs — alongside Microsoft Intune for organisations with mixed Apple and Windows fleets.
Retail and Hospitality, Small Office / Home Office, Education, Government, Trade and Healthcare — anywhere Apple hardware needs to be supplied, deployed and supported properly.
Yes. We supply AppleCare and AppleCare+ at the point of sale, and because we are an Apple Authorised Service Provider we also carry out the warranty and AppleCare+ repairs ourselves. See the AppleCare section above for what's covered.
AppleCare+ extends hardware coverage beyond the standard one-year limited warranty and adds accidental damage protection, so a dropped iPad or a cracked screen costs an excess instead of a full repair. For 1:1 school programs and mobile field staff it usually pays for itself; for desk-bound Macs it's more of a judgement call. We'll tell you honestly which side of that line you're on.
