Web Starter is a fixed-price website package for micro and small businesses. For $799 inc GST we build a professional, mobile-friendly portfolio-style website of up to five core pages — Home, Services, About Us, Contact and one more — with a contact form, basic SEO setup, social links and your content populated for you. It then runs on one of our hosting and support plans so it stays online and kept up to date.
$799 inc GST for the build, plus a hosting and support plan: Hosting Basic at $59 per month (includes up to two content updates a month) or Hosting Plus at $109 per month (includes up to ten). So a typical first year is $799 plus $708 on Hosting Basic.

We populate the site using the text and images you supply, and we'll guide you on what each page needs. Extensive custom copywriting and professional photography aren't part of the fixed price — if you need them we can scope them separately or point you to someone.

Yes. Every Web Starter site is built to work properly on phones and tablets, not just desktop. Most small business traffic arrives on a phone, so this isn't optional.
Page titles and meta descriptions, sensible heading structure, image alt text, a clean URL structure and the technical basics search engines look for. It gives you a solid, indexable foundation. Ongoing SEO campaigns and content marketing are a separate service.
You'll need one, but if you don't have it yet we'll help. You can register through our domain service and we'll connect it — and if you're also setting up business email, we'll make sure the domain, the website and the email all work together.

Yes. Content updates are included in your hosting plan each month — two on Hosting Basic, ten on Hosting Plus. Larger changes like new page templates or added functionality are quoted separately.
