EduCom IT’s Batemans location is an Authorised Apple Service Provider and Reseller and we are seeking an energetic and focused Service Technicians to join our dynamic team in Batemans Bay.
We are looking for customer focused Service Technicians who love technology and are keen to learn. This position is perfect for an entry level candidate and full training and certification is provided
Key responsibilities include:
- Timely and accurate diagnosis and repair of Apple Hardware and Software faults both in our workshop and onsite
- Working with the sales and support teams to deliver best results for our customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our new and existing customers
We are looking for an unique individual who can demonstrate:
- Experience with Apple products and passion for Apple technologies
- Mechanical aptitude with good problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude to work
Apple certifications would be an advantage however training and certifications will be provided to the right individual.
