School technology deployment.

Technology rollouts planned around your school calendar. We coordinate the technology, communications and delivery so devices are ready for the first day of term.

Platform foundations

The services behind a ready-to-learn rollout.

Choose the right platform foundation before the devices arrive, then make deployment repeatable for every new cohort.

A coordinated start

More than a delivery day.

A school rollout has fixed term dates, students and families to prepare, and no margin for devices that do not work when class starts. We treat deployment as one connected program — from supply and platform setup through to the handover and support that follows.

What a school deployment can include

Program planning
Year levels, device choices, accessories, budget and term-date milestones scoped together.
Foundations
Apple School Manager, MDM and identity configured before devices are handed to students.
Family communications
Acceptable-use policy templates, parent guides and clear first-day instructions.
Staging & distribution
Asset labelling, enrolment, app readiness and support through the handover.
Ongoing program care
Support, leaver clean-up, repairs and lifecycle planning after the initial rollout.

Built to keep improving

The best technology programs are not rebuilt each year. We help schools create a repeatable model for incoming cohorts, student leavers, refresh timing and device care — so the next rollout starts from a stronger place.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When should we start planning a 1:1 rollout?

We recommend starting 4–6 months before the beginning of the school year. That allows time for device supply, platform setup, family communication, staff readiness and a controlled pilot where helpful.

Can devices arrive ready for students?

Yes. With Apple School Manager and an MDM such as Mosyle or Jamf in place, devices can enrol and configure on first sign-in with the relevant apps, accounts and restrictions.

Can we roll out by year level?

Yes. Many schools introduce a program in waves. We plan the foundations so the program can grow over multiple years without needing to start again.

What happens to existing devices?

We can coordinate device hand-back, MDM offboarding, secure wipe, repair assessment and lifecycle options as part of the transition.
