Apple Repairs

At EduCom IT, we are an Apple Authorised Service Provider and out Technical Services team are here to help you. Our experienced Technicians will be able to assist you with any problems that you may be having. Our Apple Repairs cover everything from iPhone Repairs, Mac Repairs, and Accessories, covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty, AppleCare+ Coverage or non-warranty repairs. So weather you need a simple iPhone Screen Repair or your MacBook is shutting down, we will get you sorted!

Apple Repairs

Before you bring your device in to our service centre, there are a few things you need to know and are required before you bring your device in for servicing.

MacOS devices

  • Have your Apple ID password readily available. Prior to repair, we require Find My to be turned off. If Find My is turned on, we will not be able to service your device. If you are unable to remember your Apple ID and Password, please go to iforgot.apple.com
  • If possible, please back up your Mac. Some issues require a full factory reset during the repair process. It’s always recommended to Backup your device before you bring it in for repair. For tips on how to back up your device click here.
  • Please bring your proof of purchase if available
  • Please have your macOS user name and password ready.
  • If there is a firmware password on your device, make sure you turn this off before bringing it in. Not removing this may interfere in the repair process.
  • Bring any accessories that you need help with.

iPhone and iPad

  • Have your Apple ID password readily available. Prior to repair, we require Find My iPhone to be turned off. If Find My iPhone is turned on, we will not be able to service your device. If you are unable to remember your Apple ID and Password, please go to iforgot.apple.com

  • Please bring your proof of purchase if available
  • Please remove your SIM card.
  • Bring any accessories that you need help with.
